09:21 AM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- iRhythm Technologies ( IRTC ) said Thursday that it has commercially rolled out its Zio monitor and Zio long-term continuous ambulatory electrocardiogram, or ECG, monitoring system in Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, and Switzerland.

The Zio long-term continuous ambulatory ECG monitoring system can provide continuous, patch-based ECG monitoring for up to 14 days, the digital health care company said.

iRhythm will begin shipping the Zio monitor to the four European countries next month, with widespread availability in these nations expected next year, the company said.
