03:28 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Iris Acquisition Corp. ( IRAA ) said in a regulatory filing Tuesday that it has received a delisting notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market and that trading of its securities has been suspended on Sept. 6.
The company was non-compliant with the rule that a special purpose acquisition company must complete at least one business combination within 36 months from the effectiveness of its IPO registration statement, as well as with the 500,000 shares minimum public float requirement.
The company said it now expects its securities to trade on the OTC Pink Marketplace.
