Iron Mountain Plans $750 Million Debt Offering

09:55 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Iron Mountain (IRM) said Tuesday it is planning a $750 million private placement of senior notes due 2033.

Net proceeds will likely be used to reduce outstanding debt under Iron Mountain's revolving credit facility, the company said.
