09:53 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Iron Mountain (IRM) will take a minority stake in communications company Ooredoo Group's MENA Digital Hub data center unit, the companies said Thursday.

The partnership aims to expand Ooredoo's data center capacity in the Middle East/North Africa region, with Iron Mountain providing operational support and expertise in infrastructure development, the companies said.

Ooredoo plans to invest $1 billion in the medium term to increase the capacity of MENA Digital Hub to more than 120 megawatts, the companies said.
