05:31 PM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Information Services Corporation ( IRMTF ) said Monday after the close that it has secured an agreement with Ontario's Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks to deliver a new digital records system.
The nine-year contract, with an option to extend, will have ISC implement system design, security, and operate a digital records system that includes system design, security and privacy frameworks, quality assurance and testing, and ongoing support. A statement noted the system will digitize and redact millions of legacy property records.
Shawn Peters, CEO and president, said, "This project exemplifies how ISC drives digital transformation through scalable and secure solutions that enhance access to essential records and clearly aligns with our expertise in land and property-related registries and solutions."
ISC will begin implementation in August 2025, with the system anticipated to launch in 2027. Shares closed Monday up C$0.82 or 2.5% at C$33.12, leaving it shy of 52 week highs.
