07:17 AM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Information Services (ISC.TO) on Tuesday said its unit ESC Corporate Services (ESC) will continue its role as a trusted service provider for the Ontario Business Registry (OBR).

ESC will deliver services to support the OBR for an initial two-year period, with three one-year options that the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement may exercise at its discretion. The previous agreement expired at the end of January.

Shares of the company closed down 0.1% to $25.97 on Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
