07:34 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- IsoEnergy ( ISOU ) and Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. ( PTUUF ) reported Thursday partial assay results from the summer drill program at their equally owned Dorado joint venture in Saskatchewan.
Highlights include 2.1 meters grading 1.6% uranium, including 0.4 meters at 8.1% uranium and 4.9 meters at 0.52% uranium at drill hole PG25-07A.
This result represents the most significant assay intervals reported to date from the Nova discovery zone, the companies said.
"Eight percent uranium is an excellent grade from the center of the very strong radioactive interval drilled by hole 7A," Purepoint Uranium ( PTUUF ) president and chief executive officer Chris Frostad said. "These assays reinforce the strength of this newly discovered system and provide a solid anchor point as we continue to test the mineralized structure in all directions."
Purepoint and IsoEnergy ( ISOU ) said the drill program was cut short due to regional wildfires. As a result, drilling at their nearby Celeste joint venture project has been deferred to a future program.
IsoEnergy's ( ISOU ) share price gained 1.6% to $12.29 on the TSX Wednesday, while Purepoint Uranium ( PTUUF ) traded 2.3% higher on the same day to $0.455 on the TSXV.
