11:20 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ISpecimen ( ISPC ) priced an offering of $5 million in common stock and related prefunded warrants at $3 a share.

The offering is expected to close Thursday, and proceeds may be for repayment of outstanding debt and potential acquisitions, among other things, the company said Wednesday in a statement.

ISpecimen ( ISPC ) shares fell 7.4% in recent trading.
