09:55 AM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Itron ( ITRI ) said Thursday it's collaborating with Microsoft (MSFT) to use artificial intelligence to improve the way utility companies access their data.

The project will integrate Microsoft's artificial intelligence Copilot technology into Itron's ( ITRI ) Intelligent Edge Operating System data platform, Itron ( ITRI ) said.

The integrated product will be available during Q2, the company said.
