04:28 PM EDT, 08/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Itron ( ITRI ) said Wednesday that together with its partner Pacific Technologies it is working with the Water Authority of Fiji on a smart metering deployment project in the Fiji Islands.

The meters are part of Itron's ( ITRI ) smart water product, which the Water Authority of Fiji will use to improve its infrastructure and operations, the company said.

Deployment is underway and is expected to be completed in Q3, Itron ( ITRI ) said.
