Itron's Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q1, 2025 Guidance Issued

08:52 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Itron ( ITRI ) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings Tuesday of $1.35 per diluted share, up from $1.23 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.06.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $612.9 million, up from $577.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $604.2 million.

For Q1, the company said it expects non-GAAP EPS of $1.25 to $1.35.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.07.

Revenue for the quarter is expected to be $610 million to $620 million, Itron ( ITRI ) said.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $578 million.

For 2025, Itron ( ITRI ) said it expects non-GAAP EPS of $5.20 to $5.60.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.95.

Revenue for the year is expected to range between $2.40 billion and $2.50 billion, the company said.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.45 billion.

The company's shares were up more than 10% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
