ITT to Acquire kSARIA From Behrman Capital for $475 Million

11:43 AM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ITT (ITT) has agreed to acquire kSARIA Holdings, a producer of essential connectivity solutions for the aerospace and defense markets, from Behrman Capital for $475 million, Behrman said Thursday.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q3, Behrman said.
