ITT's Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Fiscal 2025 Guidance Updated

08:38 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ITT (ITT) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $1.64 per share, up from $1.49 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.61.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 28 was $972.4 million, up from $905.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $948.5 million.

The company said it now expects fiscal adjusted EPS of $6.35 to $6.55, compared with its prior guidance of $6.10 to $6.50.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $6.44.

Revenue for the fiscal year is expected to grow 5% to 7%, up from its previous estimate of a 2% to 4% growth.
