Ivanhoe Mines Closes US$750 Million Notes Offering

08:40 AM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ivanhoe Mines ( IVPAF ) on Friday said it has completed its US$750 million offering of senior notes due 2030. The notes are guaranteed on a senior basis by certain company subsidiaries.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditure associated with expansion of the company's projects.
