10:20 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Iveda Solutions ( IVDA ) said Friday it entered into a manufacturing partnership with the Arab Organization for Industrialization and ZeroTech in Egypt.

Under the agreement, Iveda said the AOI and ZeroTech will produce the Iveda360 smart surveillance cameras.

The partnership is expected to support demand growth in Egypt's security camera market and enable regional export opportunities, the company said.

Financial terms of the deal were not provided.

Shares of the company were up more than 35% in recent Friday trading.
