05:56 PM EDT, 04/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Jabil ( JBL ) placed Chief Executive Kenneth S. Wilson on paid leave, pending an inquiry into corporate policies.

Chief Financial Officer Michael Dastoor will serve as interim chief executive, starting Friday, according to a regulatory filing.

Jabil ( JBL ) shares were down nearly 3% in recent after-hours activity.
