Jack in the Box CEO Darin Harris Resigns

05:00 AM EST, 02/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jack in the Box (JACK) said Monday that its Chief Executive Officer Darin Harris has resigned and accepted a new position outside of the restaurant industry.

Harris will remain as a consultant to the company through March 14.

The board has appointed Chief Financial Officer Lance Tucker as interim principal executive officer, effective Feb. 24. Tucker was previously the CFO of CKE Restaurants Holdings.
