05:59 PM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jack in the Box (JACK) named Lance Tucker as the permanent chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Tucker, 56, served as interim CEO since February after being hired as chief financial officer in November 2024. He also was CFO from March 2018 to September 2020.

Dawn Hooper will continue to serve as interim principal financial officer until a permanent CFO is named, the company said Monday in a statement.

Tucker will also serve on the board.
