Jacobs Selected by El Paso Water for Infrastructure Development Program in Texas

08:18 AM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jacobs (J) said Tuesday it has been selected by El Paso Water to provide program management and owner's representative services for a utility infrastructure development program near El Paso International Airport and Fort Bliss.

The company said it will upgrade water, wastewater and stormwater systems at an estimated project cost of about $200 million.
