09:44 AM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Jacobs Solutions ( J ) said Monday that Kevin Berryman has been named interim chief financial officer, effective March 29, succeeding Claudia Jaramillo, who is who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.

Jacobs said it has started a search for a permanent CFO.

Berryman served as the company's CFO from 2014 until August last year, when he was named special advisor to CEO Bob Pragada, Jacobs said.

The professional services firm also reaffirmed its fiscal 2024 adjusted earnings per share outlook.
