Jaguar Health Prices Offering of Shares, Warrants

08:27 AM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jaguar Health ( JAGX ) said Wednesday it has agreed to the purchase and sale of 246,306 shares of common stock at a price of $6.09 per share in a registered direct offering.

In a simultaneous private placement, the company said it agreed to issue unregistered warrants to purchase up to 492,612 shares at an exercise price of $5.84 per share.

The offering is expected to close Thursday, the company said.

The proceeds to the company from the offering are expected to be about $1.5 million, which the company said it expects to use for general corporate purposes.
