JAKKS Pacific Licenses Hershey Brand for Charming Dolls, Collectibles

09:59 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- JAKKS Pacific ( JAKK ) and Hershey (HSY) said Thursday that they agreed to form a partnership that will incorporate the Hershey branding into JAKKS Pacific's ( JAKK ) Charming product line of small dolls and collectibles.

The companies said the collection will have eight stock keeping units of dolls inspired by top Hershey products like Hershey's Kisses, Jolly Rancher, and Reese's.

No financial details were disclosed.

The partnership will run through Dec. 31, 2026, with an option for extension, and its first products are set to be launched on Dec. 26, the companies said.

Google, in its latest report, said it had received 24,569 complaints in October from individual users located in India via designated mechanisms, and the number of removal actions as a result of user complaints stood at 48,594. These complaints relate to third-party content that is believed to violate local laws or personal rights on Google's significant social media intermediaries (SSMI) platforms, the report said.
