09:49 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- James Hardie Industries ( JHX ) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of AZEK ( AZEK ).

AZEK ( AZEK ) shareholders are receiving $26.45 in cash and 1.0340 ordinary shares of James Hardie for every AZEK ( AZEK ) common share held for a total of $54.18 per share, James Hardie said.

AZEK ( AZEK ) stock ceased trading after deal completion and is no longer listed on the New York Stock Exchange, James Hardie added.
