James Hardie Signs Supply Agreement With Davidson Homes

10:10 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- James Hardie Industries ( JHX ) said Wednesday its James Hardie Building Products unit signed a three-year exclusive supply deal with Davidson Homes.

Under the agreement, James Hardie will provide its Hardie siding and trim products for Davidson's housing projects in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas, the company said.

The products will be used as the standard for all new Davidson Homes through 2028, it added.

Shares of James Hardie Industries ( JHX ) were down 1.4% in recent trading.
