01:22 PM EDT, 04/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- James Hardie Industries ( JHX ) on Monday said it agreed to supply its Hardie siding and trim products to Daiwa House USA.

Under the multi-year exclusive agreement, James Hardie's James Hardie Building Products unit will supply the products to Daiwa House's Stanley Martin Homes, CastleRock Communities, and Trumark Homes subsidiaries.

The Daiwa House units will use the Hardie siding and trim products in select new homes built across the US through the end of 2027, the company said.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
