10:08 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- James Hardie's (JHX) North American building products unit said Wednesday it has signed a new three-year agreement with Green Brick Partners ( GRBK ) .

Financial details weren't disclosed.

The new agreement makes Hardie siding and trim products as the exclusive choice for new developments by Green Brick Partners ( GRBK ) through 2028, James Hardie Building Products said.
