11:49 AM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- James River Group Holdings ( JRVR ) said Monday that its request for a preliminary injunction against Fleming Intermediate Holdings has been granted by New York County Supreme Court's Commercial Division.

The court ordered Fleming to complete its acquisition of JRG Reinsurance on or before April 16 concerning a stock purchase deal struck in November, the company said.

Fleming did not immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
