Janus International Group Says it has Acquired Terminal Maintenance and Construction

07:34 AM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Janus International Group ( JBI ) said Monday it has acquired terminal maintenance services provider Terminal Maintenance and Construction to support the growth of its Facilitate division.

Financial details of the transaction weren't disclosed.

Headquartered in Madison, Georgia, TMC provides trucking terminal renovation, remodeling, and maintenance services in the Southeast.

Janus said TMC will initially continue focusing on commercial customers, however, later will be integrated with its Facilitate division that offers complete facility maintenance services.
