Janus International Group's Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline; Shares Down Pre-Bell

09:29 AM EDT, 08/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Janus International Group ( JBI ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.21 per diluted share, down from $0.25 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.27.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 29 was $248.4 million, down from $270.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $282.4 million.

The company said it expects 2024 revenue to now be between $1.01 billion and $1.04 billion, compared with the prior guidance of $1.09 billion to $1.13 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $1.11 billion.

Shares of the company fell more than 17% in recent premarket activity.
