Janus Living Shares Rise in NYSE Debut

01:43 PM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Janus Living (JAN) shares rose in their trading debut Friday on the New York Stock Exchange.

The shares were up more than 16% at $23.36 in afternoon trading. The senior housing real estate investment trust priced its upsized initial public offering of 42 million shares at $20.00 apiece.

After the IPO, Healthpeak Properties ( DOC ) will own about 83.6% of Janus, or 81.6% if underwriters' option is exercised in full.
