TOKYO, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Japan's Seven & i Holdings ( SVNDF )

said on Wednesday it had received a revised,

non-binding proposal from Canada's Alimentation Couche-Tard ( ANCTF )

Seven & i ( SVNDF ) said in the statement it intends to maintain the

confidentiality of its current discussions at the request of

Couche-Tard.
