11:28 AM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Jayud Global Logistics ( JYD ) said Tuesday it plans to expand its air service network in Southeast Asia though a partnership with e-commerce logistics service provider Lazbao Group.

Jayud expects the partnership to help drive down operating costs "due to more stable order flow" from Lazbao's e-commerce platform, it said.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Jayud shares were down 1.2% in recent trading.
