Jazz Pharmaceuticals Names Renee Gala Chief Executive

07:57 AM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jazz Pharmaceuticals ( JAZZ ) said Thursday it has appointed Renee Gala president and chief executive officer, effective Aug. 11.

Gala joined the company in 2020 as chief financial officer and has served as president and chief operating officer since 2023, the company said.

Bruce Cozadd, co-founder of the company, will remain chairperson of Jazz Pharmaceuticals' ( JAZZ ) board of directors upon retiring as CEO, the company said.
