10:12 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jefferson Capital ( JCAP ) said Tuesday it has amended and increased its senior secured revolving credit facility through a syndication led by Citizens Bank.

The committed capital was increased by $175 million to $1 billion, the company said, adding there was also a reduction of the interest rate margins applicable to loans under the credit facility by 50 basis points.
