04:24 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jefferson Capital (JCAP), which purchases and manages charged-off and insolvency consumer accounts, said late Wednesday it priced an initial public offering of 10 million common shares at $15 each.
The company is offering 625,000 of the shares, while certain stockholders are offering about 9.4 million shares.
IPO underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to 1.5 million additional shares from the selling stockholders.
Jefferson Capital said it expects its common shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market Thursday under the ticker symbol JCAP, while the IPO is expected to close Friday.
