Jefferson Capital Reports Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rises

04:38 PM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jefferson Capital ( JCAP ) reported Q2 pro forma adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.81 per share.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.83.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose to $152.7 million from $103.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $145.3 million.

The company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share, payable Sept. 4, to holders of record on Aug. 25.
