09:09 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jeffs' Brands ( JFBR ) said Tuesday that its Smart Repair Pro unit acquired Pure NJ Logistics for a base payment of $2.1 million and a deferred payment of $500,000.

The base payment was delivered in cash, while the deferred payment will be delivered through promissory notes with a 9% annual interest rate issued by Smart Repair Pro in 10 monthly installments of $50,000 each, Jeffs' Brands ( JFBR ) said.

Pure NJ Logistics operates a roughly 100,000-square-foot logistics facility with 20 loading docks in New Jersey, according to Jeffs' Brands ( JFBR ).
