05:46 PM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- JELD-WEN ( JELD ) said late Thursday that it will close its manufacturing facilities in Vista, California, and Hawkins, Wisconsin, to simplify its North American windows operations.

The company said it expects to incur one-time costs of about $45 million and generate annual pre-tax income improvements of at least $11 million.
