Jet.AI Enters Aircraft Purchase Deal With Textron Aviation

09:10 AM EST, 11/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Jet.AI ( JTAI ) said Friday it signed an agreement for the purchase of three Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen2 aircraft from Textron's ( TXT ) Textron Aviation unit.

The new jets are set to be delivered in Q2, Q3 and Q4 2026 and will join Jet.AI's ( JTAI ) fleet as part of a new CJ4 Gen2 fractional program, Jet.AI ( JTAI ) said.

The company said its fractional jet ownership offering is for clients who rely on private aviation for personal and business use.

Jet.AI ( JTAI ) shares soared more than 41% and Textron ( TXT ) shares fell 1.1% in premarket activity Friday.
