09:36 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Jet.AI ( JTAI ) and flyExclusive (FLYX) said Tuesday they have agreed to extend the deadline for completing their planned merger to Dec. 31.

The extension follows a temporary suspension of the US Securities and Exchange Commission's review of the merger proxy due to the US government shutdown, the companies said.

Both companies said they continue to make progress on closing requirements and remain committed to completing the deal.
