WASHINGTON, Oct 30 (Reuters) - A JetBlue Airways ( JBLU )

flight on Thursday diverted to Tampa after suffering a

flight control issue, resulting in some passenger injuries, the

Federal Aviation Administration said.

JetBlue Flight 1230 -- an Airbus 320 -- departed Cancun

International Airport in Mexico and was headed to Newark Liberty

International Airport when it landed around 2:19 p.m. ET at

Tampa. The FAA is investigating.
