JF Acquires Midwest Petroleum Equipment

MORRISVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Continuing its strong push into the Midwest, the JF Group ("JF" or “Company”), a leading provider of fueling system solutions, including equipment distribution, maintenance & repair, installation & construction, and general contracting services across the United States, announced today that it has acquired Midwest Petroleum Equipment ("MPE"). Midwest Petroleum Equipment is a premier full-service petroleum equipment and services company headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, with locations across Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, and Kansas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
