JFrog Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Shares Gain After Hours

05:57 PM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- JFrog ( FROG ) reported Q2 non-GAAP diluted earnings late Thursday of $0.18 per share, up from $0.15 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.16.

Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $127.2 million from $103 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet projected $122.8 million.

The company expects Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.15 to $0.17 on revenue of $127 million to $129 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $0.16 on revenue of $125.9 million.

The company maintained non-GAAP EPS guidance of $0.68 to $0.70 and boosted the revenue forecast to $507 million to $510 from $500 million to $505 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $0.69 on revenue of $503.4 million.

JFrog ( FROG ) shares rose 13% in after-hours trading.
