JinkoSolar Holding Completes Sale of 300.2 Million Jinko Solar Shares

07:30 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- JinkoSolar Holding ( JKS ) said Thursday it has completed the sale of about 300.2 million A shares of its indirect subsidiary, Jinko Solar Co., at 4.90 Chinese renminbi ($0.69) per share.

The company said it now owns a 55.59% stake in the subsidiary, following the share sale.
