JinkoSolar to Sell Over 300 Million A Shares of Subsidiary to Raise Funds

07:07 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- JinkoSolar ( JKS ) said Friday it plans to sell up to 300.2 million A shares of its China-based subsidiary, Jiangxi Jinko, to qualified institutional investors in order to raise funds for its business operations.

The company said the sale will be conducted via inquiry transfer and placement.

The share price for the inquiry transfer and placement will be at least 70% of the average price over the past 20 trading days, the company said, adding that after the sale, its ownership in the subsidiary is expected to drop slightly to around 55.59% from 58.59%.
