J.M. Smucker Reports Early Cash Tender Offer Results for Senior Notes

10:54 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- J.M. Smucker (SJM) on Tuesday reported early results from its cash tender offers to purchase its 2.75% senior notes due 2041, 3.550% senior notes due 2050 and 2.125% senior notes due 2032.

As of the early tender deadline on Monday, valid tenders included $122.5 million of the 2041 notes, $138.8 million of the 2050 notes and $194.1 million of the 2032 notes, J.M. Smucker said.

The company doesn't expect to accept for purchase any of the 4.375% notes due 2045 and the 5.9% notes due 2028.
