Joby Aviation Completes Piloted Air Taxi Flight Test in Dubai

09:16 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Joby Aviation ( JOBY ) said Monday that it completed a 17-minute piloted air taxi flight from a test facility to the Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The company also said it is developing three new vertiports at Dubai Mall, Atlantis the Royal, and American University of Dubai.

The three new sites, alongside Dubai International Airport, will make up the initial vertiport network for Joby's air taxi service set to launch in 2026, Joby said.
