John Bean Technologies Shareholders Approve Merger With Marel

03:38 AM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- John Bean Technologies ( JBT ) said late Thursday its shareholders voted to approve the issuance of common stock in connection with the company's pending merger with Marel hf.

The company said over 99% of the shares voted were in favor of the issuance.
