07:57 AM EDT, 06/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- John Wiley & Sons ( WLY ) said Thursday it raised its quarterly cash dividend to $0.355 per share from $0.3525.

The dividend is payable July 24 to shareholders of record July 8.

The company's board also approved a $250 million share repurchase program, an increase from the $200 million authorization in 2020, it said.

John Wiley shares were up 1% in recent premarket activity.
