John Wiley & Sons Names Craig Albright CFO

08:31 AM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- John Wiley & Sons ( WLY ) said Monday it has appointed Craig Albright as the company's chief financial officer, effective Thursday.

Chris Caridi, who has served as interim CFO, will continue as the company's chief accounting officer and finance transformation leader, John Wiley & Sons ( WLY ) said.

Albright was previously the CFO of the Americas and Global Cash Center Lead at Xerox (XRX).
